This person must be comfortable working with a team of top-notch developers and collaborating with our engineering teams. We’re looking for people who innovate and love solving hard problems. You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history!Key job responsibilities:Drive the delivery of new capabilities for Prime Air Vehicle across teams through concept, design, requirements development, integration, verification, and deployment.Own and drive integrated GNC milestones, working with partner teams to unblock, triage, and prioritize.Ensure adherence to standards, such as the Prime Air program's Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and industry standard RCTA-DO178.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.3+ years of software development experience.5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.Familiarity with aerospace systems and processes.5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.Engineering experience in the development of autonomous or aerospace systems.Familiarity with RTCA-DO178 standards.Experience with simulation (software/hardware in-the-loop).Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
