As the General Manager of Whiskey Joe's Tampa, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for hospitality, a keen business acumen, and a drive for excellence. The General Manager will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and that all operational goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management:

Lead by example, motivating and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional service. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential. Operational Excellence:

Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations. Ensure 100% compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards. Guest Experience:

Uphold Whiskey Joe's reputation for providing an outstanding guest experience. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Financial Management:

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement strategies to optimize revenue, minimize costs, and maximize profitability. Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns. Utilize social media and other channels to engage with customers and drive business. Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the restaurant's competitive position in the market. Community Engagement:

Foster positive relationships within the local community and industry networks. Represent Whiskey Joe's at events and engage in outreach efforts to cultivate brand loyalty. Qualifications: Proven experience in high-volume restaurant management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role (at least 3 years at GM level). Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on 5-star guest service. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Experienced and successful in risk mitigation in Employee Relations practices. Proven success in risk mitigation from a safety standpoint. Demonstrated track record of driving business results and achieving financial targets. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
