We are looking for a talented and results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of Whiskey Joe's Pensacola Beach. The General Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the success and profitability of the establishment. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Pay: $90000 - $110000 / year plus bonus General Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide overall leadership and direction to the restaurant team, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative staff. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience. Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance. Lead by example, setting the standard for service excellence and upholding Whiskey Joe's brand values and standards. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement. Cultivate strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff members. Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective cost-control measures. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and enhance the guest experience. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment Minimum 6 years' experience in progressive restaurant management in a similar environment Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume restaurants or bars, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of employees. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development. Flexibility to work weekends, nights and some holidays as needed. Disclaimer:
