It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleProject Director - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Project Program Manager manages programs with complex business and technology components, working in concert with senior leadership, business, IT and other project stakeholders to meet the business value and objectives of the program. The role will develop and execute assigned programs, adhering to Prime’s program, project and governance processes. The Project Program Manager will work with core and extended project team members to develop the overall program/project plan along with the program budgets, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple medium sized or one large program working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experienceAdhere to the program management discipline and standards in accordance with the Prime Project Lifecycle methodology, with the responsibility to complete all Program Management related artifacts, including preparing and presenting materials for Executive ReviewLead creation, management, and execution of Program Plan including vendor engagement, scope, schedule, budget, and risk as related to assigned programProvide oversight of and work direction to Project Managers executing within assigned Program, ensuring projects adhere to lifecycle guidelines and processesMonitor, manage, and report assigned Program’s Success Criteria/MetricsPlan, manage and monitor change request process within assigned programManage resource capacity and demand for assigned programPrepare program-level status reports and other management reporting, demonstrating progress and risk for schedule, scope, and budget for business and technical workResolve internal and external team conflict to ensure alignment to the project objectives and adherence to project schedule and budgetOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required8 years of work experience in project management across large, cross functional projectsMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detailDeductive reasoning skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-directed and strong personal initiative and accountability with ability to independently deliver against all job accountabilitiesTeam player, comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguityProven ability to counsel, influence, and find win-win compromise solutionsExperience in leading and motivating diverse program teams to achieve stated resultsPreferred QualificationsPMI Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP)Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry experienceKnowledge of multiple software development methodologies2 years of program management experience10 years of work experience in IT project management across large, cross functional projectsMinimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting StructureCould report to a Manager, Director, Senior Director, or Vice President in the Clinical, IT, Operations Shared Services, Specialty & Home Delivery, or Supply Chain & Innovative Solutions departmentsPotential pay for this position ranges from $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 based on experience and skills.
