THE ROLE

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling B2B bulk residential services to developers, property owners, and operators of multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities, including apartments, condos/HOAs, student housing, senior communities, and RV parks/marinas.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

A strong understanding of internet solutions for the MDU market, leverage your experience to help clients attract and retain residents with best-in-class internet service, enhance property value, and create net operating income.

Key Skill Set:

Design and execute sales strategies to identify new revenue opportunities within multi-dwelling properties and real estate portfolios.

Engage with high-level clients, including C-suite executives, property owners, co-op and condo board members, attorneys, and developers.

Negotiate bulk service agreements.

Achieve and surpass established sales targets. Build, manage, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within property ownership to develop a strong sales pipeline for sustained success.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Field Operations, Finance, and Legal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Knowledge:

Sales experience in internet and TV products and services, or MDU related services.

Experience:

Over 7 years of relevant sales experience in internet or TV, residential property management, or real estate development, including experience with property rights of entry/access.

Skills:

Capable of effectively presenting technical and business concepts.

Experience negotiating B2B long-term high-value contracts.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Sales forecasting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.

Abilities:

Good judgment, self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and detail-focused. Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset in daily tasks.

Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel up to 25%, including day trips and occasional overnight stays; must possess a valid state driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
