By delivering lab-quality results in minutes, our i-STAT System fosters a collaborative, patient-centered environment while driving improved operational performance.Responsible for shaping and guiding global market access frameworks and resources to enable successful local implementation and reimbursement of the Abbott Point of Care (APOC) portfolio (on-market, new/launch and future products). education benefit - an affordable and convenient path to getting a bachelor’s degree.A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.What You'll Work OnOpportunity Assessment and Strategic PlanningAnalyze global market access opportunities by evaluating healthcare trends, payer needs and the competitive landscape to inform strategic direction.Develop and communicate strategic recommendations that consider market dynamics, unmet needs and the value of the APOC portfolio.Guide internal teams in understanding and prioritizing opportunities to maximize market impact, ensuring that strategies are grounded in thorough market and evidence-based assessments.Development of Market Access Frameworks and Pricing StrategiesCreate and refine global market access frameworks that local teams can adapt to secure/improve reimbursement across a variety of sites of care.Provide strategic guidance and support to local market access teams, ensuring alignment with global objectives and facilitating regional adaptation.Set, monitor and refresh (as needed) pricing strategies for launch products.Global Value Dossier CreationLead the development and ongoing maintenance of the global value dossier, detailing clinical, economic and patient-centered evidence to support local reimbursement and HTA submissions.Work cross-functionally to incorporate the latest data and insights, ensuring the dossier meets the needs of diverse payer audiences.Evidence Generation CollaborationCollaborate closely with medical affairs, clinical affairs, regulatory, product management and other relevant cross-functional teammates to design and implement evidence generation plans, addressing gaps and meeting global payer requirements.Propose and oversee health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) studies that strengthen the clinical and economic value proposition of our products.Cross-functional partnershipSupport Areas/Affiliates in addressing market access, price and reimbursement challenges.Establish guidance to Areas/Affiliates to optimize price, access and reimbursement.Continually update Market Access and cross-functional teams with emerging data, competitive events and payer requirements.Partner across Abbott Divisions to leverage scale and efficiencies, knowledge share and to coordinate to ensure messaging and approach complement other company efforts and are not in conflict.The base pay for this position is $143,300.00 – $286,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
