As the leader of the Services Offering Management Team for Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the success of our aftermarket services portfolios within the PSS business unit. Leveraging your expertise in IT services and your strategic vision, you will lead the development and execution of the portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends and the broader hardware and software portfolio of PSS. Your role will collaborate with other functions to drive new service offerings, manage the service lifecycle of our products, and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, IT and Operations to develop and manage new service offerings to ensure profitability, growth and competitive advantage.
You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and matrix report to our VPGM Solutions and Services. You will work out of one of Honeywell locations in the greater Charlotte, NC area on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our Productivity Solutions and Services business unit by driving the growth and profitability of our Aftermarket Services line of business (LOB). You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, develop and grow a team of offering managers in the Aftermarket Services LOB
Develop and operate a management system that delivers results while maximizing morale and retention
Develop and execute the aftermarket services portfolio strategy, including offering roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service innovation and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends
Manage the service lifecycle, including new product introductions, life-cycle enhancements, and end-of-service decisions
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for portfolio growth
Drive revenue and profitability goals for the Aftermarket Services portfolio through effective pricing strategies and cost management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure reliable and high-quality product supply
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in product management or portfolio management, preferably in the IT Services industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
Experience in the AIDC industry
Proven track record of driving portfolio growth and profitability.
Strong business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
