Project Manager - Retail

ABOUT OUR CLIENTCommercial General Contractor actively seeking a Project Manager to lead their Retail and Commercial projects through to completion.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up Retail and Commercial projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout project.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Manage Owner/Client relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of project management and/or construction management experience on Retail or Commercial projectsEngineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent industry experienceExceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionWHATS ON OFFERCompetitive base salary plus compensation package to include medical/dental/vision options, 401k, bonus, PTO, company vehicle with gas card or vehicle allowance with gas card, and growth potentialOpportunity to join a reputable firm with strong pipeline of projects
