Construction Superintendent - Restaurant/Commercial

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up and Renovation/TI Projects within Restaurant and Commercial Construction, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award-winning Company safety program.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3-5 years of Superintendent experience, strong preference to Restaurant projectsExceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionSoft skills such as good verbal and written communication skills.Must be willing to travel on site to locations.WHAT'S ON OFFERCompetitive base salary plus compensation package to include medical/dental/vision options, 401K matching, bonus, PTO, vehicle allowance with mileage or vehicle with gas card, per diem (lodging/food) if traveling, and growth potential.Opportunity to join a reputable firm with strong pipeline of projects!
