Whats on Offer:Competitive base salaryBonus programVehicle or vehicle allowanceCell phone or cell phone allowanceComprehensive health benefits401KPTOSuperintendent Job Description:The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing industrial or commercial construction projects valued betweeen $1M-$50M, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.Superintendent Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedulesManage subcontractor performance relationshipsBe responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projectsPrepare project documentation for coordination and effective site managementImplement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance programPromote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety programSuperintendent Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institutionSuperior communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent problem-solving abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software
