Construction Superintendent

Trailhead Recruiting is currently looking for a Construction Superintendent for our clients based locally in the greater Phoenix area.This Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage commercial construction projects in the Phoenix area. The Superintendent will be responsible for the successful on-site execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial construction, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of local building regulations and safety standards.Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day site operations for commercial construction projectsEnsure adherence to project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety protocolsSupervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers on-siteCommunicate project progress with clients and project managersMaintain accurate cost and production recordsEnsure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followedParticipate in weekly scheduling and management meetings with trade partnersMaintain accurate project records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and site conditions.Review and approve timesheets, subcontractor invoices, and material purchase orders.Qualifications:3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction.Strong project management and communication skillsThe Offer:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.Travel perks - Car Allowance / Gas CardBenefits package includes health insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO package
