Great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment! Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role will position you at the heart of our HR operations. You'll be the primary point of contact for the CHRO, managing calendars, travel, and communications, while also serving as a supportive role for the entirety of the HR division. With responsibilities ranging from high-level coordination with internal and external stakeholders to providing administrative support for the varying teams within our HR division.

Essential Functions:

Provides high-level support to the CHRO while serving as the overall office manager for the division.

Serves as the primary point of contact between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Works within an environment that requires a high level of confidentiality while exercising independent judgment and trust.

Supports the CHRO in managing their calendars, inboxes, and travel arrangements.

Supports specific functions of employee relations, including the processing of terminations.

Coordinates executive level interview scheduling for remote, hybrid, and onsite interview settings. As well as assisting with executive onboarding.

Supports the day-to-day functions of the division, including but not limited to, budget monitoring, office supply upkeep, and occasional front desk coverage.

Organizes HR events and monthly staff meetings.

Manages resource calendars while serving as a point of contact for meeting room coordination and technical support.

Provides meeting/event scheduling, agenda preparation, travel arrangements, and communications for a number of varying committees, sponsorships, and cross-departmental teams.

Supports the CHRO with various community engagement initiatives and bank wide sponsorships through symposium planning, expense/invoice management, and communication management.

Requirements:

Requires progressively responsible administrative professional work experience providing support to a senior level manager.

Extensive secretarial, organizational, prioritization and communication skills to perform efficiently at a fast-paced, executive level.

Strong technical skills; proven professional experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Cisco conferencing devices, and PC-based HR applications.

Strong emphasis on ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues and exercise independent judgment and trust.

High level of attention to detail; ability to produce accurate and timely work.

Proficiency in conducting research, analysis, and assumptions, preparing reports, and correspondence.

Proficiency in project management and event planning.

Strong interpersonal skills to maintain excellent relationships with management, staff, and team members.

Ability to represent the department and the CHRO in a professional manner at all times.

Ability to remain flexible and cooperative in an environment of shifting priorities and varying responsibilities.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

$54,742 - $82,114 with a target starting range of $54,742 - $70,000

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
