Responsibilities:
Perform Workday functional activities - business process configuration; security fundamentals, calculated fields, report writer, Integrations and EIBs.Designing, developing, and deploying system configuration and system enhancements.Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.Supporting Workday EIB and maintain security groups, roles and permissions.Configure and maintain Security (policies, domains, business process, roles, and permissions).Collaborating with IT and HR for the identification and resolution of issues, evaluating potential system enhancements, upgrades, and/or system conversions.Performing analysis into the root cause of problems and resolve as appropriate.Actively participate in Workday's semi-annual release process, working with business teams to address critical impacts and upcoming enhancement opportunities.Develop understanding of the business needs, evaluate Workday capabilities to ensure continuous improvement of the platform.Support all stages of the software development life cycle including but not limited to; system integration, configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, program, and system quality testing, go-live and post go-live implementation support.Qualifications:
Deep understanding of the Workday foundations across HCM (Absence/Talent and Performance/ Compensation, Recruiting and Learning).In-depth understanding of HR domain and processes.Senior-level experience with Workday Studio creating and maintaining integrations. Integration experience must also include deployment of delivered Workday Connectors for Benefits.Workday Certification:
Essential Workday Partner/Pro certification with hands-on experience in building Workday applications.Experience with BIRT reporting in both creation and maintenance preferred.Possess ability and understanding of calculated field creation.Create, maintain and improve Workday custom reports, dashboards, and analytics across all aspects of Workday continuously.At least 7 - 8 years of system configuration and support experience for Workday.Project management and familiarity with Agile methodology.Creative thinking, ability to partner with business, and navigating ambiguity.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Be a self-motivated, flexible, teammate with multi-tasking, time management and organization.Experienced in test planning, test case development and execution.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
