Our work depends on a Cyber Security PM joining our highly skilled team to be a premier provider of cyber security services to the customer.HOW A Cyber Security PM WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program(s).Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.Manages and monitors the cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestones.Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above.Collects, analyzes, and maintains task performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities.Participates in scheduled Program Management Reviews (PMRs); provides the Government with Monthly Contract Status Reports (MCSRs), and other ad hoc reports.Coordinates, collaborates, and communicates with the COTR(s) and/or Government Task Managers (GTM), and the CO via verbal and electronic communications.Ensures all requirements provided in the Statement of Work (SOW) are being performed.Ensures completion and delivery of all Contract Deliverables (CDRLs) stated in the SOW.Maintains a process for identifying efficiency improvement opportunities and validating that corrections have been made and that relevant quality standards have been achieved.Recruits and retains the required mix of personnel, for both the Prime and Subcontractor, with the expertise, experience, and qualifications (e.g., required security clearances) to perform any necessary specific duties and responsibilities described in the associated Task Order.Manages work force efforts based on any changing mission requirements and funding availability - to include potential for responding to crisis and/or surge events.Addresses potential problems, issues, and/or risks that may affect the mission and/or effective performance and recommend mitigations.Primary contact to the Sponsor for technical, cost, and schedule performance.In-depth understanding of cyber security methodologies.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: BachelorsRequired Experience: 5+ yrs managing Cyber Security contracts for the Intelligence Community (IC)Security Clearance Level: Active ISSA/TSLocation: Herndon, VA - On Customer SiteRequired: PMP CertificationDesired: CISSP CertificationUS Citizenship Required: YesGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:401K with company matchComprehensive health and wellness packagesInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your careerProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certificationsCutting-edge technology you can learn fromRest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays#OpportunityOwned#GDITCareers#WeAreGDIT#JET#ISP2024InnovativeTalent#EnhancedTechPoly2025The likely salary range for this position is $187,000 - $253,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
