The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.

Responsibilities:
Design, build and manage enterprise platform and frameworks for Process Management, Case Management, Work Management, Process Mining
Designing, developing, and supporting shared technology services used by the enterprise
Leading a small team of Java & DevOps engineers
Taking your place as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices
Writing code and unit tests, working with API specs and automation
Finding opportunities for adopting new technologies
Qualifications:
Preferably a BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline
8+ years of hands-on software development experience
Experience in Process Management, Case Management, Work Management is required.
Experience in leading and driving overall project is required
Programming Languages and Frameworks – Hands on experience in some or all the following is preferred:
Java, Python, GitHub Actions, Helm Chart, Istio Service Mesh, Envoy, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, gRPC, JSON, CouchBase, Consul, Jenkins, Elastic Stack, Kafka, Spark, Git, RDBMS like Postgres SQL, Spring Boot, multi-threaded programming, Maven, Gradle, JUnit
Experience in Platform Engineering is preferred
Experience in Automations, AI / ML driving cost savings is preferred
Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions
Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential
Extensive experience in designing and implementing large scale platforms with high resiliency, availability, and reliability.
Strong experience in applications with high throughput and performance
Experience with microservices architectures and service mesh technologies is preferred.
Salary Range:
$110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
