We have the capacity to machine components up to 3 meters. Our metal fabrication services include grinding, vacuum welding, heat treating, plating and anodizing. We can process many advanced materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, ferrous-non ferrous and other exotic alloys.Responsibilities:
Manage the scheduling of multiple engineering projects across two sites, and ensure timelines and scopes are feasible through the use of project workflow tracking.Lead or support all stages of manufacturing/engineering/facilities projects from development to delivery.Coordinate with all stakeholders to maintain project timelines to mitigate operational downtime.Assignments involve communication and coordination with multiple partners (e.g., Operations, Purchase, Facilities, Finances).Assignments also involve interaction with external partners such as equipment vendors, engineering services contractors, local/state/federal government agencies, and co-manufacturers.Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including identification of major milestones for overseeing, controlling, communicating, and managing all activities required to complete projects.Work with Plant and Engineering on Capital appropriation projects for new tools.Manage CNC machine ball bar diagnostics, calibration and overhaul planning and scheduling.Cleanroom Certification and modification/upgrades to meet standards, adhere to environmental controls.Drive PM, calibration and certification of equipment such as Leak Detector, RGA units, Particle counters.Manage Electrical Testing and Compliance, Compressed Air Vessel Certification, Waste Compliant Inspection, Crane/Gantry PM Inspection, Load Test Certification.Coordinate development, procurement, installations, commissioning, formal hand over and project closure.Lead/attend internal and external review, progress meetings, document project updates and challenges.Facilitate and/or execute Continuous Improvement activities through analyzing facility and equipment capital needs, maintenance/repair programs, production processes and activities.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM.5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing facility or engineering function.Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication (oral/written) skills.Self-driven and self-managed individual.Background in Semiconductor capital equipment Contract manufacturing - Preferred.Experience in manufacturing plants or corporate engineering positions - preferred.Knowledge and experience with Large format machining processes, Cleanroom and integration.This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.Salary Range (annual):
