Our preferred candidate will have rooms and F&B experience.As the hotel general manager, you will be responsible for the hotel's overall management and strategic direction. You will play a crucial role in staff recruitment and establishing operational procedures. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance, ensuring the hotel achieves its business goals and maintains the highest standards of service.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliersRecruit, hire, and train a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and a strong service cultureAbility to work flexible hours to oversee F&B operationsDevelop and implement operational procedures, standards, and policies to ensure a seamless guest experienceOversee the hotel's daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departmentsManage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures to ensure profitabilityDrive sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR)Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulationsCultivate relationships with guests, local businesses, and the community to enhance the hotel's reputationAnalyze guest feedback and reviews to continually improve service and address any issues promptlyReport regularly to management on the hotel's performance, challenges, and opportunitiesQualificationsMinimum of 5-7 years of hotel management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager roleStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staffExceptional financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and cost controlStrong experience in F&B operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship buildingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of hotel management software and systems
