We are currently searching for a Dynamic, Hands-On General Manager for our Quality Inn and Suites Monroe with 161 guestrooms and suites and over 2,000 square feet of meeting space.
This is a highly empowering position requiring high energy and the ability to motivate, cultivate and mentor high performance teams devoted to achieving the highest standards of guest satisfaction and exceptional service. The General Manager has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the hotel and for meeting or exceeding its financial objectives.

Directs the total operation of the hotel to maintain established cost and quality standardsDrives associate experience - meets or exceeds employee satisfaction benchmarksAchieves guests" satisfaction goals and ensures maintenance and security of the hotel's physical assetsDevelops and updates the business plan for the hotel and monitors financial performanceDrives Revpar, Revpar index and Revenue per guestAdministers company policy and proceduresAssures staff are recruited, selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards while "providing service beyond expectations"Hands on leadership of teamDrives GOP, Flow thru and NOI per key
**Requirements
**
College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance or BusinessProven record as a successful leader as a General Manager showing results of profits in sales and hotel operations.Must have at least 1-3 years of Hotel General Manager experience.Choice Hotels brand experience desired.
Market experience preferred.
