Posted on October 31, 2024The Director of Learning and Evaluation, Global will develop frameworks that shape WSF’s global strategy with a blend of lessons learned, impact evaluation, and insightful consultations with grantees and networks. Reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with global and U.S. program leaders, the Director will enhance learning for grantees and the broader field by establishing metrics to measure community and global change. This role requires strong strategic, collaborative, and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering an organizational culture of learning and continuous improvement.
WSF seeks a seasoned learning and evaluation professional with at least ten years of expertise in designing strategic learning frameworks and informing strategy through effective measurement and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have an expertise in climate or environmental programs and be adept at building systems from the ground up in a busy, start-up environment. Candidates need excellent relationship-building, communication, and listening skills with deep curiosity about programs, partners, and community impact.This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation of working in-office three days per week.Nadira Fant published this page in Job Board
