You'll be part of a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team that values your ideas and contributions.POSITION SUMMARYThe Product Marketing Manager-Product Realization Services is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for all Benchmark services to our target markets, which include Aerospace and Defense, Advanced Computing & Communications, Medical Technologies, Complex Industrials, and Semiconductor Capital Equipment. This role will work with sector Commercial Team colleagues and subject matter experts to clearly articulate the differentiators of Benchmark's capabilities and promote our offerings based on market opportunities, industry experience, and contact with customers and prospects. This individual must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. This individual must also enjoy spending time in the market to understand customers' problems and how to communicate the value of our solutions.This position is responsible for crafting the service/solution messaging and positioning, as well as conceiving and developing innovative marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial. The Product Marketing Manager-Product Realization Services will be a buyer's expert, understanding their needs and buying criteria and transferring that knowledge into marketing efforts as well as the sales channel.This individual must also be able to communicate with all areas of the company. They will work with multiple engineering, manufacturing, technology solutions, and supply chain counterparts to define solution requirements based on market needs. They will help establish marketing communications to drive the go-to-market strategy, helping to define the service offering positioning, key benefits, and target customers. The Product Marketing Manager-Product Realization Services will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for our service offerings, working closely with the sales channel and key customers.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop service offering positioning and messaging that differentiates our services in the market and create supporting content.Plan the launch of new services and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.Develop the demand generation strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our offerings.Manage content creation to develop case studies, videos, slideware, website copy and blog posts.Communicate the value of offerings and services to the sales and marketing team.Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of our offerings to the sales team and develop the sales tools and training that support the selling process.Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our offerings.Gain insight into customer use of current services, untapped opportunities and buyer personasMeasure and optimize the buyer's journey as it relates to service adoptionBuild and maintain a library of capability demonstrators, including supporting materials for sales and marketing useReport on return on investment and key performance metrics.Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the offerings.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation / ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred)5+ years of technology solution or product marketing experience preferred, other marketing or engineering experience consideredTechnical solution or product marketing experience preferredSkillsDemonstrated experience developing and implementing an integrated marketing strategy for a product, service, or division of a company.Demonstrated ability managing multiple marketing initiatives integrated with an overall go-to-market strategy.Very strong writing skills and ability to translate technical information into clear and compelling case studies, white papers, website copy, and presentations.Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights and messaging.Ability to translate value propositions into practical sales enablement resources.Should be comfortable thinking into the future and working with ambiguitySkills in managing multiple product timelines and deliverables efficiently.Expertise in leveraging marketing automation tools to efficiently maximize message reach.AbilitiesShould be able to work closely with sales, engineering, operations, and marketing colleagues, including senior-level management.Ability to listen to intended details attentively.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, governmental regulations, and financial reports.Demonstrated ability to align peer coworkers to strategy and initiatives.Ability to meet scheduled deadlines.Works well with customers, vendors, partners, and management.Ability to establish coworker and customer trust and confidence.Willing to travel 10%WORK ENVIRONMENTHybrid office and work-from-home environment. Visits to factory sites and engineering sites up to 10% of the time.
