Product Marketing Director
to shape and execute our go-to-market strategies and drive growth across our broad portfolio.
The
Product Marketing Director
will lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies across our software and service offerings. This individual will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, and other cross-functional teams to position our products effectively. A strategic thinker and skilled communicator, the
Product Marketing Director
will play a critical role in articulating the value of our solutions, driving adoption, and enhancing market presence.

Key Responsibilities: Product Positioning and Messaging:
Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the regulatory compliance space and resonate with target audiences. Content Strategy & Development:
Oversee the creation of content such as webinars, videos, sales collateral, blog posts, case studies, and other assets to educate target audiences and support each stage of the buyer's journey. Go-to-Market Strategy:
Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. Partner with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless execution and strong product adoption. Steer PR activities that align and support the go-to-market plans. Sales Enablement:
Develop tools, presentations, case studies, and training to enable the Sales team to effectively communicate product value and address customer pain points. Website Content and Messaging:
Develop all website content and messaging across our service/product lines, as well as inform and influence how we merchandise our offerings such that it highlights our key differentiators. Demand Generation Support:
Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to design campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Provide input on messaging, audience targeting, and content. Customer Insights & Personas:
Build and refine detailed buyer personas. Gather customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform product and marketing strategies. Customer Advocacy : Identify and nurture relationships with key customers to drive testimonials, case studies, and referrals that build credibility and support sales. Product Adoption & Retention:
Partner with Client Success and Product teams to drive product adoption, ensuring customers maximize value. Develop retention strategies and resources for ongoing engagement. Performance Analysis:
Track and measure the success of product marketing initiatives, reporting on KPIs and using data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends by working with in-house subject matter experts to understand the competitive landscape. Identify insights to shape product positioning and strategy. Qualifications:
Experience:
7+ years in B2B product marketing in a SaaS or Services environment, preferably with experience in a regulatory compliance or related industry. Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging. Leadership Skills:
Proven experience leading and scaling product marketing strategies, with a track record of successfully launching and positioning products in competitive markets. Analytical Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing strategies and make informed decisions. Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence various stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Client Success, and Demand Generation teams. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Perks and Benefits
