You will report to the Business Unit Leader as a key member of the senior leadership team and functionally to the Division Vice President of HR. This position requires an effective people manager, problem-solver, and someone comfortable with a high degree of accountability. You will lead a team of HR professionals to ensure the success of the organization overall by:Key Responsibilities:Partnering with the Division VP of Human Resources to drive talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design, and development strategies, attracting and retaining high-potential talent across all functions and levels of the business.Utilizing AMETEK standard processes and tools as well as developing innovative and modern strategies to progress the organization forward in talent strategy and employee experience.Executing AMETEK standard programs, ensuring team is trained and proficient in program requirements, and AMETEK HR operational expectations. Willingness to roll-up sleeves to get things done.Facilitating annual people processes including compensation planning and performance management.Collaborating with and coaching the management team to drive improvement, implement cultural change, organization and talent development, workforce planning and a rewarding employee experience.Building, with Leadership and the HR team, a robust leadership development and succession plan, a career planning process, individual development plans, knowledge transfer plans and onboarding strategies.Championing appropriate change management and continuous improvement opportunities within the business.Requirements for Consideration:Proven experience as a senior HR leader who gets results.Experience in strategic planning, organization design and implementation.Deep knowledge of HR functions.Ability to use metrics and analytics to make decisions.You will:Possess a drive to achieve; take on challenges and opportunities without being asked.Make decisions with an understanding of the key components and drivers.Collaborate and work across functional lines and organization levels.Manage change.Function as a coach for team and colleagues, with a focus on development.Understand and set clear goals, and responsibilities; hold self and others accountable for success.AMETEK is a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices with annual sales of approximately $5.5 Billion.Publicly traded on the NYSE since 1930 and a component of the S&P 500, AMETEK has over 18,500 colleagues at more than 150 operating locations in 30 countries around the world.
