In this role, you will represent public entities, including school districts, in complex litigation matters. You will handle a wide variety of legal challenges, including litigation cases involving public governance, employment law, contracts, and more.To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will be skilled in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and conducting depositions and trials.
