Their pipeline is higher than anticipated for the next couple of years, so they are looking to bring on a successful Project Manager to grow into a Senior position. They have a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and want to grow their team with strong construction professionals.Job DescriptionProvide planning, design, and construction services for municipal infrastructure projectsEnsure tasks will be completed on time and within budgetPractice collaborative research with fellow team membersInterpret local building/zoning codes, ordinances, design manuals, and review plansProvide construction observation services on roadway, water, sewer, and drainage improvement projectsDraft correspondence, reports, and communicate effectively with all project stakeholdersThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Construction Science/Management preferredCollege degree and experience in commercial construction working for a GCProven track record of effective people managementHigh attention to detail regarding project organizationCareer-oriented individual who wants to progress further in their career and take on additional responsibilityProficient use of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)What's on OfferCompetitive base salary between $70,000 and $85,000, depending on level of experience7.5% BonusFull support needed to grow & enhance project management skillsFull benefits package including health, vision, and dental401k contributionMentorship programs - at all levelsClear development & growth planAdvancement opportunities within the organizationIndustry-leading PTO and vacation policyPaid maternity and paternity leave
