Apply now for resume review within 24 hours!Job DescriptionRun the scheduling from project inception to finishManage financial aspects including estimating, budgets, and cost reportsConduct weekly meetings and communicate daily with the Superintendent and construction teamMaintain a safe work environmentTrain and develop the project teamManage subcontractor schedules and quality of workRead and interpret plans, proposals, and other documentation to create bidsTrack and analyze data to reduce gaps between estimates and actual costsObtain and track subcontract bids and negotiate budgetsPrepare and present estimate documentation, including gaps in available dataPrepare estimates according to the requirements of multiple delivery systems. Review quotes and estimates with the project management teamAssist with certain post-bid buyoutsInitiate and participate in meet and greet presentations with subcontractors and suppliersComprehend contract requirements for diversity complianceThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management5+ years running construction projects from inception to completionExperience overseeing ground-up projectsDesign/Build experience requiredWorking knowledge of construction technology and details.
