Selling residential services in accordance with company established guidelines.Performing thorough inspections to determine the best solutions for the client.Utilizing systems and technology to create and close sales opportunities, as well as accurately input sales leads and follow-up notes.Providing sales contract information to the accounting/payroll staff in a timely manner.Assisting in scheduling service personnel for residential work.Qualifications
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to perform under minimal supervision.Organizational skills.A Branch II license is preferred but not required.Compensation
