In Employee Success, we strive to bring on top talent and continue to build out our organization with the Aloha style treatment.Role Description:The Global Corporate Functions (GCF) ES Team is seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant to join our ES organization. This role will have significant impact, partnering closely with the Global Corporate Functions at Salesforce as well as our trusted partners across ES including other People Consultants, ES Data Analytics, Talent Development, People Services & Operations (PS&O) and Compensation to coordinate, roll out and complete ES programs and initiatives as well as engaging directly with the business to support the needs of the organization.Your Impact:Operate as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with executives to influence key priorities.Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives.Flawlessly execute appropriate talent planning activities that will identify talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans.Partner to drive Equality initiatives with consideration for talent movement, Equality dashboards, recruiting and representation as well as targeted development initiatives.Lead initiatives ranging from complex to highly complex with significant impact.Act as a change-agent as the business continues to rapidly grow and adapt to changing market dynamics.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the CoEs to develop organizational and people strategy to improve performance and effectiveness.Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
