The Account Manager will own a portfolio of existing customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. At Qualified, you are holding the keys to our annual renewal kingdom. You drive these existing relationships ensuring that we maintain thriving, happy customers.What You’ll Be Doing:Owning our customer renewals by building and maintaining long-lasting client relationshipsDeveloping strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing customer facing presentations and pricingAnswering client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customersLiaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experienceServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and minimize customer churnEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunitiesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Renewals ManagerDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and CPQ toolsExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fieldYour Skills:Understanding of startup growth strategies and KPIsPrevious experience using account management softwareYou are a whiz with SalesforceYou have a way with people, and are an excellent communicatorProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at onceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fieldAbout QualifiedQualified is the AI pipeline generation platform for revenue teams that use Salesforce.
