This person will have a deep understanding of the media planning and buying process across different channels and publishers in Japan, a brilliantly talented individual with a passion for deeply understanding customers and the media world, and translating that knowledge into actionable recommendations to drive tangible business results. The ideal candidate has strong written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English, works well with cross-functional teams, and has knowledge of marketing research (as the role handles multiple experiments internally/externally). Hands-on keyboard media buying experience is a plus.
