is seeking a midlevel debt finance associate to join a prominent law firm's Business and Tax practice group.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in debt finance transactions, including one or more of the following: syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, and asset-based loans. Familiarity with secured loan documentation and Article 9 of the UCC is essential.Qualifications:Minimum three years of experience in debt finance transactions.Excellent academic credentials and transactional skills.Law firm experience preferred.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client service ethic.Outstanding interpersonal skills.Active state bar license in good standing.Excellent writing and drafting skills.High attention to detail and strong client relationship skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Application Process:Please upload a cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript in PDF format.
