We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Senior Corporate Debt Finance Attorney or Counsel to join our prestigious firm. Salary:

$365,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex finance and corporate debt transactions.

Provide expert advice on syndicated lending, secured transactions, and high-yield debt offerings.

Collaborate effectively with a team on cross-border finance engagements.

Assess risks and offer legal guidance on various financing structures and agreements.

Work directly with clients to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues in corporate debt matters.

Participate in negotiations and closings of substantial financial transactions.

Oversee due diligence processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Mentor junior attorneys and support staff within the team.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

JD from a top-tier law school.

Bar Admission in Georgia or eligibility for admission in other considered jurisdictions.

Substantial experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and acquisition financings.

Demonstrable ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with precision.

Proven track record of working in high-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with cross-border engagements.

Experience in high-yield debt offerings.

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Exposure to a variety of industries within corporate debt finance.
