Epiroc’s Attachments Division (ATD) is recruiting for a rental sales leader. Reporting to the Vice President, North America Sales, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the strategic sales framework that directly supports the division’s mission to drive innovation, quality, and customer value. Through strong rental channel relationships, data-driven decisions, and effective team management, you will ensure that the go-to-market strategy aligns with and advances the company’s broader vision for sustainable growth and market leadership.
ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:
Help develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for Epiroc’s Attachment Division in North America, aiming to maximize market penetration and growth within the rental channel.
Drive annual sales targets, oversee budget allocation, and lead resource planning to optimize impact within each brand segment.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Rental Channel Development:
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships within the rental network to strengthen brand loyalty, focusing on customer-centric solutions that reflect the division’s commitment to innovation and quality.
Tailor growth strategies for each brand within the division, promoting rental partner engagement through training, inventory management, and promotional activities that highlight brand value.
Leverage CRM tools to track rental partner engagement, manage lead generation, and maximize sales opportunities across all channels.
Business & Financial Acumen:
Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and provide competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Utilize KPIs to assess and improve each brand's sales performance, forecasting, and financial outcomes.
Implement data-driven insights to drive growth through the rental channel, focusing on profitability and efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture aligned with business objectives.
Conduct performance assessments, manage professional development initiatives, and maintain a high standard of accountability within the team.
Attract and retain top talent to ensure team resilience, enhance skillsets, and support team members in achieving both short- and long-term objectives.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
At least ten years of experience in the attachment tools industry, preferably with a direct sales or product management background.
At least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the equipment rental industry.
Possess an analytical and structured approach to the business with a good understanding of financial statements and solid business principles.
Familiarity with Epiroc's existing and potential customer bases in North America.
Proven background in supporting and managing sales professionals to exceed sales targets and expand their professional development opportunities.
Highly developed collaboration skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with a strong customer focus are required.
Extensive travel in the US is required, with some international travel a possibility. Close proximity to a major airport is required to be able to conveniently travel via air and/or car to visit customers and/or manufacturing facilities.
Maintain courteous and professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff at all times.
Work Environment:
The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions. Personal Protection Equipment is needed on occasion in this role. This position is considered Safety Sensitive.
