Job Summary
The Donor Relations department is currently seeking a student to join their team of professionals. Duties to include:Holiday/birthday/special recognition communication distribution
Pull/ clean listCross reference list with NXTResearch for missing addresses and birth datesMonitor DRS email account for donor responses donorsr@fiueduStuff and distribute cards
IEPs (currently supporting creation of this tool and will support execution in future)
Data population and updatingTrackingAuditingSupport unit roundtables with calendaring and document updates
Naming opportunity Support
Naming Approval form trackingGA confirmationRE Attribute and Note entryUpdating process

Students enrolled at FIU, who have been awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) as part of their Financial Aid Award package.Student must be enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours in a course of study leading to a degree or a Financial Aid eligible certificate, during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.Upon credits decreasing, award being canceled, or graduating, FWS employment must end.

Hours will vary based on class schedule and needs of the department.
