Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to optimize route planning and logistics in real time.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, insights, and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Design and conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of business changes.
Create predictive models to support business decision-making processes, forecasting, and recommendations.
Clean, preprocess, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning to apply new techniques and tools in projects.
Support data engineering teams in building data pipelines and infrastructure for scalable model deployment.
Assist in maintaining and improving current analytical tools, dashboards, and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven experience in data science or machine learning, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Spark, Python, R, or Scala.
Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Expertise in working with large datasets and data frameworks such as SparkSQL, Fabric, or Spark.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) for model development and deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for automating and streamlining model production.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to explore data in-depth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
