A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join its team. The role focuses on defending wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination cases, and other labor law matters. The firm is open to offering part-time or hourly work options.Location:
Duties:
Defend federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actionsHandle investigations by agencies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, California Department of Industrial Relations, and EEOCRepresent clients in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on issues related to union organizing, collective bargaining, and unfair labor practicesManage employment litigation cases in both federal and state courtsProvide counsel on employment discrimination, workplace harassment, and traditional labor law mattersRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experienceStrong background in defending wage and hour cases, including class actionsExperience handling investigations by state and federal labor agenciesExperience with NLRB matters, including union elections and collective bargainingAdmitted to practice law in CaliforniaJD degree from an ABA-accredited law schoolEducation:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolCertifications:
Admission to the California State BarSkills:
