Duties:Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, including trials, hearings, and depositions.Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues.Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Prepare for and participate in mediation and settlement negotiations.Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and legal strategies.Stay current on labor and employment law developments to provide clients with informed guidance.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law.Proven litigation experience, including trial preparation and courtroom presence.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.Skills:In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice managementCompany infoCorporate Real Estate AttorneyLos AngelesSeeking a Corporate Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience.
