Mid-level Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its Atlanta office. This position is an immediate opportunity for an attorney with two to four years of experience to contribute to a dynamic and multifaceted litigation practice.Duties:Conduct thorough legal research and draft various legal documents, including briefs and motions (such as motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions in limine).Take and defend depositions, providing support as necessary.Manage discovery processes for complex litigation matters.Prepare cases for trial, including participating in evidentiary hearings.Collaborate with team members in a collegial environment to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.Meet deadlines efficiently while managing multiple priorities.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active Georgia Bar License.2 to 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in a similar law firm setting.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.Certifications:Admission to practice law in Georgia.Skills:Strong oral and written communication abilities.Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.Experience in researching and drafting litigation-related documents.Familiarity with trial preparation and evidentiary hearings in state or federal courts.Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team while fostering a culture of mutual respect.
