Business Litigation Associate
to join their dynamic practice in
Atlanta, Georgia .Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record; Moot Court or Law Review participation is a plus.2 to 4 years
of
commercial
and
business litigation experience .Experience in state and federal courts representing clients in various business and commercial disputes, including but not limited to class actions, real estate litigation, white-collar cases, false claims act, qui tam actions, and whistleblower matters.Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills.Capable of managing cases independently and collaboratively within a team.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in complex business litigation cases, handling all aspects of case management.Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery materials.Engage in pre-trial and trial preparation, conducting depositions, and participating in court hearings.Collaborate with clients to develop effective case strategies.Stay informed about legal developments pertinent to commercial litigation.Why Join?This position provides the opportunity to work on diverse and sophisticated business litigation matters within a supportive and collegial environment.
