Portland .Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.Member in good standing of the state bar of the state of Oregon.3-5 years
of experience in civil or complex business litigation.Experience with a
judicial clerkship is encouraged .Strong work ethic, commitment to professionalism, and a drive for excellence.Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.Experience with
large and sophisticated litigation matters and e-discovery is a plus .Superb references.Key Responsibilities:Represent a diverse range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.Work closely with experienced collaborative attorneys on complex litigation matters, both locally and nationally.Engage in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.Why Join?This role offers a competitive compensation package, including eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
