single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits ,
wage and hour matters , and
client counseling.Proficiency in drafting motions
to compel arbitration, discovery requests and responses, oppositions to motions for class certification, long-form settlement agreements in wage and hour class/collective actions, separation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and PIIAs.Experience in conducting
labor due diligence on M&A deals
is highly preferred.Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in complex labor and employment matters, including litigation and client counseling.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop creative solutions for clients to build the practice.Handle a variety of employment-related issues, including wage and hour disputes and class action lawsuits.Draft and review critical legal documents, such as motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.Why Join?This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from
