Looking for an associate with 5-7 years of employment law experience who is eager to build their practice and work creatively with clients to find solutions. The ideal candidate should have:Admission to the California BarStrong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skillsExperience in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions, preferably with an AmLaw 100 firmProficiency in handling single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, wage and hour matters, and client counselingResponsibilities:Draft motions to compel arbitration, discovery requests, and responsesPrepare oppositions to motions for class certification, including declaration gatheringDraft long-form settlement agreements for wage and hour class/collective actionsDraft separation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and proprietary information and inventions agreements (PIIAs)Conduct labor due diligence on M&A deals (highly preferred)Benefits:
