We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Merchandise Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining complex data models, performing advanced data analysis using SQL, and creating compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions. Essential Job Functions
Build complex data models to support business analysis.Perform advanced data analysis using SQL to extract insights from large, complex datasets.Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders, using tools such as Looker, Power BI, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions.Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement in data infrastructure and reporting.Work with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.3-5 years of experience working in a data analyst or business analyst role.Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
