We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our Commercial Water Solutions HR team. This role plays a critical role in driving strong business performance at Pentair through progressive talent and culture practices as the HR partner to various leaders and teams within the Commercial Filtration Product Category. The role provides comprehensive HR business partnering in a variety of areas including leadership coaching, organization design, change management, engagement, talent management, development planning, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and compliance. This multi -site HR Manager will partner with a variety of leaders across multiple functions including Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing. The role will be based at

Primary Responsibilities:Partner with leaders to define the necessary HR plans required to successfully execute the business strategies and deliver results for the business.Assess organizational performance systemically, define talent gaps and propose HR solutions that support business objectives.Collaborate with leaders on talent management and development initiatives to attract, develop and retain high-performing talent.Proactively coach leaders on performance management, employee development, talent planning and engagement.Support and guide organizational design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles and/or processes that enhance speed and efficiency throughout the organization.Manage annual processes for groups including goal setting, performance management and compensation planning.Assist in recruitment activities to drive talent acquisition process.Resolve employee relations issues and take steps to reduce occurrence of issues.Assess compliance systems and processes and make recommendations to ensure world-class compliance to all applicable laws, regulations and policies. Provide on-going assessment of adherence to compliance processes and take action as needed.Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related disciplineAt least 5 years of progressive professional HR experienceAble to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plansBe an excellent communicator to various levels within an organizationBe willing to challenge the status quo and able to influence senior leadersAbility to build relationships quickly to act as a trusted advisor to managers and employeesStrong business acumen and an analytical mindsetBe results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing prioritiesExperience in company culture development and change managementSolid project leadership and execution skillsBilingual in English/Spanish is a plusPentair is an Equal Opportunity EmployerDiversity, Equity and Inclusion:
