Pentair currently has an opening for a Director of Corporate Development to join our Golden Valley location. This individual will provide leadership and partnership in creating strategy for the corporation and business segments. Further, the incumbent will serve as PMO leader for potential disintegrations and integrations as required by various contemplated portfolio actions.
You will:Partner with the Head of Corporate Development and Treasury and the Business Segment Presidents in creating and deploying strategic frameworks for complex corporate and business segment portfolio analysisPartner with the Head of Corporate Development and Treasury and the Business Segment Presidents in the creation of capital allocation strategiesDeliver recommendations for strategic actions to the entire executive officeCreate and present strategies for the corporation to executives and senior managementWorking cross functionally, lead the integration and disintegration activities associated with portfolio actions across the enterprise
Key Qualifications:Bachelor's (BS/BA) Degree in Business field (Finance) or Engineering9+ years of combined professional experience in the following areas: Corporate Strategy, Integrations, Divestitures, and Corporate Project ManagementDemonstrated experience leading corporate or business unit strategyDemonstrated experiences leading multiple projects concurrently in a global and matrixed corporate environmentDesired QualificationsFormal project leadership training - 6 Sigma DMAIC preferredPentair is an Equal Opportunity EmployerDiversity, Equity and Inclusion:
