In this role, you'll be the essential link that ensures smooth mail and print services, supporting the day-to-day functions of a busy office environment with dedication and a client-first attitude.Key Responsibilities:Mail Services : Accurately sort, deliver, and process incoming and outgoing mail for efficient distribution across departments.Inventory & Ordering : Maintain and organize mailroom inventory, managing supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.Postage & Compliance : Use advanced postage equipment to meter outgoing mail, adhering to current rates and regulations, and ensuring secure handling of certified or registered mail.Print Services : Provide high-quality print services, including copying, quality control, record logging, binding, hole punching, and basic copier maintenance.Customer Service : Handle client inquiries with professionalism, delivering added value with timely responses and effective problem-solving.Position Requirements:Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredExperience : Minimum of 1 year in a related roleTechnical Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipmentClient-Centric Approach : Committed to providing a high standard of customer service with accuracy and efficiencyTeam Collaboration : Positive team player who supports and motivates peersKey Competencies:Attention to Detail & Accuracy : High attention to detail and consistency in handling tasksAdaptability : Flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced settingCommunication : Strong verbal and written communication skillsConfidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive information securelyDecision-Making : Solid decision-making skills to manage daily tasks and ensure optimal outcomesIf you're ready to contribute to a team where your organizational skills and client-first mentality will shine, we want to hear from you!
