Executive Administrative Assistant
who is driven, proactive, and ready to contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment. Role Overview The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring the seamless operation of both administrative and marketing functions. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a keen eye for detail. ???? Responsibilities Administrative Support : Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Oversee data entry, organize files, and maintain a comprehensive document management system. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely communication. Marketing Assistance : Support marketing initiatives by creating and editing content using tools like Canva. Manage and update the companys LinkedIn profile, sharing news, market insights, and case studies. Assist in organizing client appreciation events and promotional activities. Property Management Support : Prepare and edit property listings, ensuring accurate and engaging content. Schedule and coordinate property tours, managing logistics and communications. Track tenant inquiries and assist in lease documentation and client correspondence. Project Coordination : Work closely with executives to support ongoing real estate projects and client transactions. Conduct market research and compile information for presentations and proposals. ???? Desired Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in commercial real estate or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Canva for marketing design. Experience with LinkedIn for professional networking and social media engagement. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. ?
