is seeking for a

PowerApps Software Developer

to develop and enhance the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application.

The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting Power Platform solutions, with an emphasis on

Power Apps Canvas

and

Model-driven apps ,

Dataverse, Power Automate

for business process automation, and

Power BI reporting .

Position will be fully remote. Program will allow candidates who are within the State of Texas.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance the Texas HHS Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0, a Power Platform-based application.Utilize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) for application development and Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or similar databases for backend data storage.Design and implement Power Automate flows, including Desktop and business process flows, for process automation.Create and refine Power BI reports to meet organizational reporting needs.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and collaboration with team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the Power Platform environment.Leverage Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center for administration and governance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven ability to develop, troubleshoot, and enhance Power Platform applications in a government or large organizational setting.Hands-on experience in SaaS and/or PaaS environments.8 Years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.8 years of development experience in Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint planning.Expertise in designing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or equivalent data storage solutions.Skilled in creating Power BI reports.Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process flows.Strong knowledge of Dataverse tables and their applications.Competent in using the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
