Job Description:This Software Engineer 3 contractor position is part of the Administrative Applications SharePoint team and will be working to develop enhancements and provide support for the Client Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application. This position will perform Software Engineer/Application Developer duties that will involve the following Power Platform areas: Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate Flows for business process automation and Power BI reports.
Required Skills:
Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environmentsWork experience as a Software Engineer or Application DeveloperHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutionsMicrosoft Power Platform development experienceExperience with Agile development processes and sprint planningExperience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage modelExperience in design and development of Power BI reportsExperience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process FlowsGood understanding of Dataverse tables and usesGood understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin CenterCommunication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organizationGood teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the projectAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
