Occupational Summary
The Enrollment Operations & Systems Analyst is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing technological, analytical, and operational aspects of the Admissions Office. Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management, this position ensures the effective management and optimization of the Divinity School's instance of Technolutions Slate CRM and associated business systems. The person will collaborate with key stakeholders across the Divinity School and broader university to enhance the admissions processes through strategic use of technology, data analyses, and communication strategies. Additionally, this position is responsible for processing, analyzing, and preparing data for output, and conducting analysis of admissions data processes for use in the development of enrollment forecasting, projections, and communication development.
Work Performed
Systems Management & Technology LeadershipOversee the day-to-day administration and management of the Slate CRM platform, system architecture, security and permissions management, cycle preparation, application and decision release, event management, queries, form management, document management, communications, workflow maintenance, and data uploads.Create, edit, and maintain queries and reports that assist recruitment staff and campus partners in making data-informed decisions.Interpret prospective student admissions and enrollment data and conduct analysis using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports to key stakeholders.Create and maintain documentation of processes and system updates.Function as a strategic leader in the continued leveraging of the Slate CRM platform and other technologies to expand and streamline admissions digital communications.Deploy targeted recruitment campaigns within Slate.Data Analysis & Reporting
Build and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to admissions leadership and other stakeholders.Lead the development and implementation of data analytics to support enrollment goals and strategic decision-making.Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the CRM and other systems through regular audits and quality control measures.Utilize statistical techniques and data analyses tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Excel) to interpret student life cycle data and inform strategic planning.Collaborate with various stakeholders to support data needs of the Divinity School.Required Qualifications at this Level
Education/Training
Work requires knowledge and skills generally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree program in business, computer science, mathematics, statistics or social sciences.
Experience
Work requires knowledge of both statistical analysis and interpretation generally acquired through at least two years of relevant experience.
Departmental Preferences
Master's degree is preferred.Strong understanding of relational databases, data analytics, and data visualization tools.Proven experience in managing Technolutions Slate within a higher education context; experience as unit SLATE captain is preferred.Experience in graduate admissions preferred at a comparable university, or graduate theological seminary/divinity school, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.Familiarity across the diversity of Christian denominations.Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with relational databases and data visualization tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across various departments.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational with the CRM and related systems.Meticulous attention to detail in data management, reporting, and system configuration.Physical Requirements
