Architect or Technical Designer

As a
Mid Level Technical Designer
in our Denver office, your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. It's your job to collaborate with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects. With you as part of the design team, architecture has never been so engaging. You will leverage your technical acumen and Revit skills to drive client projects from concept through build in a collaborative team.
What You Will DoCollaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver informed project solutions based on market expertise and an understanding of client goalsDocumentation coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, building envelope, life safety, etc.)Coordinate with the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsResolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative, technical, constructible solutionsDirect production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasksUtilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design conceptsResponsible for delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical qualityProcess submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFIsInterface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the projectActively participate and contribute to the financial performance of projectReview and contribute to proposals and contracts with the Design ManagerEstablish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationshipsYour Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program5+ years of post-graduation related experience as a Technical Designer, or ArchitectHighly proficient with RevitWorking knowledge of building codes, standards and building structuresFlexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of developmentA quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentCollaborative and team-consciousMust have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships through successful project deliveryExperience in construction document preparation and field observationProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling softwareState licensure or LEED accreditation (or in process) a plusMust include resume and work samples to be considered.
Applicants without samples will not qualify for consideration.
**Compensation is based upon experience and estimated range is $75,000 - $100,000 annually + bonuses + benefits
